Judy Heumann is an internationally recognized leader in the disability community and a lifelong civil rights advocate worldwide. In conversation with Marca Bristo, Chicago disability rights leader and CEO & President of Access Living, Judy will share her personal leadership journey from street organizer to advisor for the U.S. Department of State, reflect on lessons learned, and discuss the continued fight for civil rights in the face of current challenges. A Q&A session with the audience will follow.
